Compliance & Integrity

Responsible Mineral Commerce Begins with Integrity

Black LLC seeks to work with parties that respect lawful sourcing, transparent transactions, proper documentation, human dignity, and applicable trade requirements.

Black LLC — Valuable Natural Deposits

Our Commitment

Business Relationships Built on Responsible Conduct

Mineral commerce can involve complex questions of ownership, origin, licensing, environmental responsibility, labor practices, customs, payments, sanctions, and international trade. Black LLC approaches opportunities with an expectation that each party will provide truthful information and cooperate with appropriate review.

The level of due diligence may vary depending on the mineral, source country, transaction value, parties involved, transportation route, destination, and applicable laws.

  • Clear authority to represent, purchase, or sell
  • Reliable information regarding mineral origin and chain of custody
  • Transparent terms, records, invoices, contracts, and payments
  • Respect for labor, environmental, customs, and trade requirements

Integrity is a continuing responsibility

Initial acceptance does not end the review process. Black LLC may request updated information, additional documentation, professional advice, testing, or independent verification as an opportunity develops.

Core Standards

Our Compliance and Integrity Principles

These principles guide our evaluation of mineral brokerage, market-development, direct-trading, and professional-service relationships.

1

Lawful Mineral Origin

Parties should be able to explain where minerals originated and demonstrate the authority, licenses, permits, or other rights relevant to production and sale.

2

Know Your Counterparty

We may request identity, company-registration, ownership, management, address, licensing, references, and authorized-representative information.

3

Anti-Bribery

Black LLC does not support bribery, secret payments, unlawful facilitation payments, falsified fees, improper influence, or unauthorized government representations.

4

Financial Integrity

Transactions should use traceable payments, accurate invoices, lawful sources of funds, appropriate banking channels, and records that reflect the actual transaction.

5

Human Rights and Labor

We reject forced labor, child labor, human trafficking, violent coercion, exploitation, and other serious abuses connected to mineral production or trade.

6

Environmental Responsibility

Parties should respect applicable environmental permits, land-use requirements, water protections, waste controls, rehabilitation duties, and community obligations.

7

Sanctions and Trade Controls

Opportunities may be reviewed for sanctions, restricted parties, prohibited regions, export controls, import restrictions, customs requirements, and product-specific rules.

8

Truthful Representation

Mineral grade, quantity, ownership, assay results, reserves, licenses, photographs, pricing, buyers, financing, and transaction readiness must not be misrepresented.

9

Confidentiality and Records

Confidential information should be handled responsibly, while essential transaction documents and decisions remain properly recorded and available for lawful review.
